Our Story
It started with a question that wouldn't leave us alone: what happens to a person's voice when their body stops listening to them?
Millions of people living with severe paralysis, ALS, spinal cord injuries, and brainstem strokes are fully conscious — they just can't move, and they can't speak. In Indian hospitals and homes, that usually means a nurse or a family member guessing what's wrong, hoping they guess right before it's an emergency.
We started building for that gap. The first working prototype was an EOG-based system that reads eye movement and classifies blinks with close to 96% accuracy — enough to turn a blink into a real command, not just an on/off switch. That work became the basis of a published IEEE-format paper, and it's what got NeuroCommand Labs incubated at the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub.
Since then, we've been pushing the hardware forward — smart glasses with embedded IR cameras, a bedside module for ICU and ward beds, and a caregiver app that speaks in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Every version has been built with one constraint in mind: it has to work in a real Indian hospital room, not just a lab demo.
We're early. But we're building toward a day when "I can't speak" doesn't mean "I can't be heard."
Our Core Values
Patient First
Every decision starts with the patient. Their dignity, independence, and quality of life drive everything we do.
Accessibility
World-class assistive technology should be affordable. We are committed to 10x more affordable solutions.
Clinical Excellence
Our devices are rigorously tested and clinically validated. 92% accuracy is our baseline.
Community Impact
We partner with hospitals, NGOs, and government programs to reach patients who need help most.
Our Mission
To restore communication and independence to paralyzed patients through affordable, clinically validated, AI-powered assistive technology. We believe that everyone deserves the right to be heard.
Our Vision
A world where neurological conditions don't define a person's ability to communicate, work, and connect. Where advanced assistive technology is accessible in every hospital, clinic, and home across India and beyond.
